Brookville Protocol™ Consulting (“BPC”), operated by Brookville Protocol Consulting LLC, is committed to clarity and fairness in all client and learner relationships. This Refund Policy defines the conditions under which refunds may be issued across the three categories of programs and services offered by BPC: Certified Programs, Corporate Cohort Programs, and Enterprise Licenses.
By completing a purchase, enrolling in a program, or executing a licensing agreement with BPC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Refund Policy applicable to your purchase category.
I. Certified Programs
This section applies to purchases of BPC’s online certification programs, including:
- Certified Essentials Program, 3-Hour CPD Course
- Certified Executive Education Program, 8-Hour CPD Course
- Certificate of Completion, Essential Series, non-CPD micro-courses

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within ten (10) business days of approval and credited to the original method of payment.
Transaction processing fees charged by payment providers may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
II. Corporate Cohort Programs
This section applies to corporate cohort enrollments, including online and on-site programs delivered to organizational groups of ten (10) or more participants.
Cancellation Schedule
Refund eligibility is determined by the timing of the written cancellation notice relative to the agreed program start date:

Substitution Policy
In lieu of cancellation, organizations may substitute one participant for another at no cost up to seven (7) days before the program start date, provided the substitute participant meets program eligibility requirements.
Substitution requests must be submitted in writing to support@brookvilleprotocol.com.
BPC Cancellation
BPC reserves the right to cancel or postpone any corporate cohort program due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. In such cases, BPC will issue a full refund of all amounts paid or, at the client’s election, transfer the enrollment to a future cohort. BPC is not liable for travel, accommodation, or other ancillary expenses incurred by participants in connection with a canceled program.
III. Enterprise Licenses
This section applies to institutional enterprise licensing agreements granting access to BPC’s full Behavioral Excellence Framework™, certification rights, learning management system integration, and ongoing licensing privileges.

Pro-Rated Refund Conditions
Pro-rated refunds may be issued at BPC’s sole discretion only in the following circumstances:
- Material breach of the licensing agreement by BPC that remains uncured following thirty (30) days written notice from the licensee.
- Discontinuation of the licensed product or service by BPC during the active license term.
- Mutual written agreement between BPC and the licensee to terminate the agreement, with refund terms specified in the termination instrument.
Renewal Cancellation
Licensees may elect not to renew an enterprise license at the end of the current license term by providing written notice to alliances@brookvilleprotocol.com no less than thirty (30) days before the renewal date.
Non-renewal requests submitted within thirty days of renewal may be subject to automatic renewal terms as specified in the executed licensing agreement.
IV. General Provisions
How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing and include the following information:
- Full name and email address used at time of purchase
- Order or transaction reference number
- Date of purchase
- Program or product purchased
- Reason for refund request

Disputes
Refund disputes that cannot be resolved through direct correspondence with BPC may be escalated through the Appeals Policy (CPD) or Complaints Policy (CPD) published on this website, as applicable.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your card issuer or payment processor without first attempting to resolve the matter directly with BPC may result in suspension or termination of access to BPC programs and services. BPC reserves the right to dispute any chargeback initiated in violation of this Refund Policy.
Currency and Taxes
All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Refunds are issued in the same currency and to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Applicable taxes, where charged, are refunded proportionally with the principal refund amount.
Modifications to This Policy
BPC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on this website. The Refund Policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase, regardless of subsequent modifications.
Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Refund Policy shall be resolved in the courts of the State of New York.
